1) Make use of catch-up contributions to 401k's and IRA's. The IRS has created a distinctive "catch-up contribution" to help savers as they approach retirement. If you are over 50, you can contribute $6,500 to an IRA and $22,000 to a 401k every year. These savings plans are tax-deferred, so you avoid paying taxes on your investment growth until you withdraw money from the plan. Try to contribute as much as possible to these plans. Also, check with your employer to know the details.

Things to know before you buy a website

Image credit: varijanta / 123RF Stock Photo

Most of the website buyers I met are a first time buyers, and, therefore, they all are somehow insecure, and these first time buyers have this habit of asking ridiculous questions. Some of these questions are – ‘My girl friend has made $1,000 last month from her website. Where can I get the Google Adsense Code?’

As if Google is calling everyone and distributing free Adsense code in the market. The other bespectacled guy I met last week asked me, “How can I earn at least $700-800 a month from my site”. I replied by asking him, “How old is your website?”

He said, “I don’t have a website now, I am planning to buy one”

Therefore, I thought, why not write a straight forward piece, so that these wimps will find the answers before they buy a website.

Now before, you start thinking about any income from a website; here are few basic steps you should follow when you decide to buy a website.

Arbitration VS Litigation Finance Frauds

In the investment market, financial fraud cases involves feeding the clients with unethical investment advice causing loss, unauthorized dealing in the client’s trading account, churning i.e. Excessive buying and selling of stocks that will ensure a good amount of income earning for the brokering company by means of brokering charges or financial loss by other ways. By means of the agreement signed by both parties, the stock trading firms are legally bound to provide their clients with expert opinion in accordance with their portfolio so that they can make good profit from their investment.

In case of any of the above mentioned financial fraud cases, the clients have the right to file a lawsuit against the brokerage firm with the assistance of expert fraud solicitors for serious crime. Depending on the extent of the problem, number of sufferers and also the total expense that the client(s) are willing to spend, they can either go for arbitration or litigation. These are two different types of legal proceeding that a victim of financial fraud can call for.
