Chase online banking problems gave nightmares to thousands

No one expected the second largest bank in the world, Chase, to come out with such a shoddy performance, when they found it hard to tackle the disruption of online banking service in their branches.

Chase customers in United States were going through a tough time to pay their bills on time, as the online Banking services at Chase were down since Monday.

Most of the Chase customers in US were annoyed the way the bank has handled the situation.

The customers of the second largest bank in the world complained that Chase did not bother to guide them on what they should do.

There was no message on the Chase’s official website, just a plain ‘our website is temporarily unavailable’. The ATMs were open, but the Chase bank authorities did not find it necessary to inform the customers about it.

The result of the bank’s ignorance is the sufferings of individuals, and most of the Chase clients’ have missed their bill payment deadlines at a crucial juncture of the month.

Though, the banks may come out with some sort of an agreement to solve the bill issues which Chase customers have faced over the last two days, still, it remains to be seen, whether bank’s authorities would do so.

The problems reflect the growing use of online banking service in US. It is estimated that more than 50% people in US use online banking services to pay off their bills, or transact any kind of a deal.

Small business owners in United States have suffered the most due to the disruption of online banking service at Chase.
