Obamacare GOP debate is on fire

Republicans are trying to heckle down President Barrack Obama’s assessment of health care. Obamacare, as it is fondly called by the Republicans are pushing hard to blast the health care policy in the GOP debate. Though, the healthcare policy forwarded by president Obama’s administration may have its advantages and drawbacks, but very few common people in US have actually read the full documented policy. Here are few significant details of Obama care, which is creating waves in GOP debate in Iowa.

Important advantages of President Obama’s health care policy

Insurance companies have always been very clever to implement their policies, when it matters most. Obamacare is cleverly formulated to protect buyers in the market from insurance companies’ reluctance to pay claims on pre existing conditions. Insurance companies are restricted to utilize their power in a way due to Obama care. The insurance firms will be accountable for the premiums they collect. The spending will be scrutinized by the law, unnecessary spending on advertisement and salaries will be curbed.

The biggest advantage will be for entrepreneurs who cannot afford health insurance. There will be tax credits to ensure that these small entrepreneurs will be able to buy healthcare policy.

The old people in United States will also get benefits, as they will now have to pay lower costs on health care.

It is important to note that there are two main reasons why Obama administration chose to implement the new health care policy. Firstly, the current population is not fully covered by health insurance. It is a major risk to all those who are left with no coverage. There are expectedly around 25%, or perhaps more who needs health insurance coverage. Obama care is eventually formulated to make sure that every United States citizen is covered by health insurance policy by the end of the decade.

The GOP debate is however not bothered about the advantages and is more inclined to look at the drawbacks. Here is a small list of drawbacks of Obamacare health policy. It is to be noted that Obama care policy is a huge documented briefing, which cannot be posted on just one page.

Drawbacks of President Obama’s health care policy

When someone is against the policy, he should at least know some points of the drawbacks, before he decides to speak against it.

Insurance is mandatory and the government will not overlook the facts. The government standing committee will keep an eye on the audit books of organizations and companies to see the insurance status. The need of GOP debate was felt because health care policy will be coordinated by the government body. The committee will decide on what benefits a person should receive.

What has been more striking and fuelling debate is the government’s decision to keep track of the individual’s bank account. Common people are not entirely convinced with the idea.

For many, GOP debate is a platform for showing their displeasure. It is hard to comment on people’s opinion. However, in the long run, President Obama’s health care policy will benefit, as it will only raise 1% of total health care spending by the end of the decade. That is not bad, considering that every US citizen will be covered under a health plan. GOP debate is definitely proving to be a battle ground between the Republicans and the Democrats. Whether the advantage will outweigh the disadvantages of the health care policy is purely dependent on a person’s opinion.

Most employees employed by small businesses do not have health insurance plans simply because the management can't afford it.
