Retirement savings what Indians do with gold

Retirement savings has never been a hard decision for Indians. For ages, it has always been the gold. If I look back and saw my relatives and friends, many preferred to keep gold at their homes, in some form. Women, in particular, will buy jewelleries and keep in the locker, believing that it will come good if they need money in times of crisis. Even those who live in urban India did the same. Imagine what the rural India did with gold. Though, times have changed now, and more investment arms have cropped up, yet, gold remains the best investment bucket for most Indians.
It is still considered as the best retirement investing option. Such has been the affinity for Gold among Indians that people have imported more that 800 tonnes of gold in just one year, in the year 2012-13. The finance ministry feels that high imports of gold have also played a role in affecting the current financial situation. As a result, the current account deficit has increased, perhaps more due to gold imports.

Resolving Your Money Problem like Jim Carrey

Not having enough money is certainly a problem for many. But oftentimes, the real problem lies with your own ideas about money. Financial discontent is not uncommon among many members of the working class—even the world’s handful of millionaires faces their own money problems.

Regardless of how much you are making, there’s a tendency to spend more often than you should be. In that regard, the key to your money problem is quite simple: spend less. Learn to live within your means. The billion-dollar question is how is it possible to be able to do that in a world where we are encouraged to want more and to yearn for more.

If you are serious about putting your personal money matters in order, if you are truly determined to get out of debt… you’d have to do a major mindset and attitude overhaul. And one way to begin is through visualization. Let’s look at an example in one popular story often shared about Hollywood celebrity Jim Carrey.

Why sometimes the best employee never becomes a great manager

You may have come across many individuals who have gained the reputation as best employees in their respective organizations, but when promoted to become the boss of their unit, they failed to deliver results. My experience as a sales and marketing guy helped me to see such employees from close quarters. Some of the guys were too strong in marketing and selling products, and they turned up decent results with their sheer hard work. And then the review process was put in place. The management decided that three of us should be made team leaders.

It was a great day for us. We partied together to celebrate our success. Even before a month passed away, I could see that one among us was facing a tough time to manage his guys. We were close, and it hurt me to see him suffer. His boys were not responding to him as well as he would like them to. Secondly, he was not able to obtain expected results. He came to me for  advice. Though, I couldn’t answer anything to him then, but I thought long, and then saw what he missed.

Eurozone Crisis why and what must be done

While most of our attention has been focused on Greece and its massive debt problem, those keeping a keen eye on the world of business know that, in fact, the whole of Eurozone, is facing a serious challenge to its sheer existence. Although some states, like Germany for instance, emerge better equipped in facing the Eurozone crisis with its low inflation and high productivity, a majority of states face severe challenges in retaining the common currency that was created by a landmark agreement in 1992. Today, a huge majority of Europe's people and businesses use the Euro since it is used not only in the 17 member countries which are officially part of the Eurozone, but also many EU (and some non-EU) nations who have signed treaties with the Eurozone countries or have adopted the currency unilaterally so as to be part of the biggest monetary bloc in the world.

The origins of this crisis are complex, with no agreement on when or where it exactly began. However, it does have some clear cut components -

You found your dream home, price is right, and the seller has signed your Offer to Purchase, once signed by both the seller and buyer it becomes a Deed of Sale. A new provision recently introduced into South Africa property law is the cooling off period, which enables inexperienced buyers to cancel the Offer to Purchase within 5 days.
